How do you test water pressure?

I am having a new kitchen, and buying a new tap. How do I check what my water pressure is? I live in a bungalow and the boiler is in the loft. Thanks

to test properly you will need a gauge you connect to incoming main and a flow cup to check ltrs per min,most plumbers will have both of these,it is best to check both between 6am to 9am and 4pm to 8pm to get an accurate reading to your property.
