Extension poorly made
I have an existing extension attached to the garage which is 4 meter in length and 2 meter wide. It is really poorly made single brick wall no Damp membrane the roof is also laid wrong. My question is that if all of this extension is knocked and rebuild will i need planning permission?
Also when i rebuild if i extend a further 4 meter length 2 meter wide will i need planning permission? Many thanks

Hi depending where you live and what council you come under most of the time you can apply to your local council for permitted development.
You will still require full architect and structural engineer plans to submit to the council.
As long as you follow the guild lines you should get permission to carryout the works.
