Restrictor Window Hinges

Is it possible to fit restrictor window hinges fitted to existing top small conservatory windows to stop the windows opening past a certain distance to slightly ventilate the room?

yes most new hinges have child safety stays. quite easy to find.

You can find lots of options to change the hinges online or retro fit restrictors. If you look at the keeps in the widows you might already have a 2 stage keep where you can lock the windows in a partially opened position. If you don't mind a permanent semi-opening position you might be able to insert a self tapping screw into the hinge runners just below the sliding plastic pad.
