Flow regulators

Hi,i've fitted a Bristan Acute mixer valve to replace an old mira mixer valve but the new Bristan one has slower water flow....can i just remove the flow regulators ?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It should have a graph in the manual for all the different systems and which flow regulators to put in/take out.
