Velux blind fitting

We have a velux window in our house therefore I checked the code on the inside of the window (GGL-1) and ordered the blind from the velux website. I've since had someone out to try and fit it but they said it can't be done it won't fit!? They thought it might be an old style window but still not sure why it wouldn't fit if I bought the blind using the correct code? Any ideas?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It fits on to the internal window frame not the window housing hold termly to top of window frame screw cassette to frame ensure handle is central to fabric adjust if need to by sliding handle insert side rail fix side rail to sash repeat other side operate your blind and job should be a good one

It will fit...Ive done loads...get someone out whom knows what they are doing...you do have to use your brain..the first one I did took me 2hrs , after that 1/2hr...
