DIY/Secondhand conservatory

Anonymous user 15 March 2024 - 2.34 PM

I would like to add a smallish conservatory. My back garden is small and I want a 5mx1m space, but i also want to go around the side of the house, so that it would be an L shaped one. How can I do this as cheaply as possible please? I was thinking about buying a secondhand one from gumtree/ebay or there is also the option of a DIY one e.g. diyconservatoryshop? Would you recommend this? I don't have megabucks to spend. thanks

This can be done but to get a secondhand one to fit would be very unlikely it would be better to go and see local window and door manufacturers in your area and get them to price this for you (this will probably be cheaper in the long run).

if price is the issue then this is the way, just ensure it fits where you need it to go and that the angles on the corners are exactly the same as yours, should both be 90 deg
