Help Needed Regarding Fence/ Garden Wall

Hi I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with this question as I am a bit stuck. I have an existing garden wall that I would like to add a metal railing to but not sure what type of tradedman would be able to do this. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

A handyman or general builder can do this. It's just a case of bolting your metal railing to the wall.
