break open a seized padlock

I've a moderate level security double locking padlock on my garage which has seized & can't be removed. I've tried oil, WD40, hitting in certain areas etc but it won't budge. How can it be broken / cut off? Thanks

A 4" grinder with a 1mm cutting disc will be the quickest and easiest way. Grip the body of the lock with a pair of mole grips so the lock doesn't move about when cutting. Wear a pair of gloves to protect both hands and a pair of safety glasses of goggles to protect your eyes. Once cut allow the lock to cool down before touching. Handle with safety gloves on.

Sometimes you can just drill the lock, drill straight in we're the key goes in. Or little grinder will take it off in no time
