Bathroom Fitting Question

I have an electric shower over the bath, opal, probably 11 years old. the water from it is only ever luke warm, even when the temperature knob is on max. do i need a new shower?

Most likely yes, electric showers tend to have about a 5 year lifespan due to limescale build up in the heat canister and around the element. If its 11 years old its done very well and now it would be more cost effective to replace it for a new unit.

Unfortunately yes you do need a new shower. looking at 120 pounds for something decent (triton or mira) plus labour. Good luck
