Moving my toilet

I am moving my toilet to the other corner of the room and have taken the wall down to get access to the pipe to swing it round. I was hoping i would be able to just swing the coupling in the main pipe but it has another drain in it and this would prevent it swinging round. Can i take apart the push fitted pipe and just put a 90 elbow in. Its 110mm grey push pipe. Im hoping its not been glued together.
