New flat roof leaking

Me and my neighbors had our flat roof done together as was told that it could be fitted with just one piece or fibber so no seams We were happy but on the day he changed it after starting work and said he had to do it in two pieces (did question him he said it would be to heavy to carry it on the goof in one ) . He did my property first back and front as we goin away for wkend on return on Monday all work done both properties On that wkend weather was bad and on the Monday night when gointo bed our bedroom roof was leaking all over the bed everywhere ,our roof leaked in front next doors leaked in the back We immediately got hold of the builder after a bit of persuading he came out and made good for that evening. Early next came back and put another piece of rubber over joint and sealed it with a heat gun Me and our neighbors told him our concerns he said all should be ok but to be honest I'm not sure and am now worried that after heavy rain ,which we have not had yet that it will happen again so at the moment have got a very horrible looking ceilin as am afraid to get don incase Is ther anyway I can get this checked out many thanks courty 1
