Plumbing Question

Adding a sink to a downstairs wc

I have a tiny down stairs wc which doesn't have a sink in. I would like to add a small corner sink in but am not sure how big a job this is?

Thanks :)

If the downstairs toilet sits against the kitchen wall then the pipework could be feed through the wall from the kitchen. If not then it would just be a cold water supply connected to the the toilet pipework. Waste water would connect to the pan connector. Not a major job but would estimate a 3-5hrs if leaving the pipework exposed.
