New Builds Question

Do i have to replace a fire door with another fire door?

My 3 story town house is 9 years old . I want to replace the internal doors. Most of the existing ones, I believe , are fire doors. Do any replacement doors need to be fire doors too? The information on the internet is very contradictory !

If your home is three storeys then all doors to habitable areas eg lounge, bedrooms, kitchen etc need to be FD30 fire doors the only rooms that don't need them is the bathroom and wc.
