Bathroom Fitting

General prices

i want to install new shower unit 800x800, sink and toilet. plus re tile the walls half way up. the shower room is really small just enough room to do what you need to. i ain't bought the materials yet but plan to do so myself as all quotes have been more than ive found. i dont want to waste any bodies time so my budget is a maximum is up to 350 labor or 900 with all materials. this my sound cheap, im not sure. i usually use a personal builder for my flat but cant wait 4months until my guy is available again so im looking at what the price range most other professionals are looking at.

you wont get a good job for such a small price though you will find a handy man that might take it on but companys with out goings cant put a fully trainned engineer on site for 350 you would be looking around 750 pus vat
and 300 for all those materials wont be any good qualtity
hope this helps

Hello

Best thing is to see what a tradesman charges per day and where he is coming from for fuel expenses.

is it a shower room from scratch with no water or waste away?

What condition are the walls in to be tiled?

Electric shower or thermo mixer shower?

Realistically you want to list the job on here and see what happens as a cheap job is exactly just that.

Bathrooms & shower rooms require planning carefully to check out the options.

it will also depend on where you are in the country.
