Condensation in my roof

I have recently had my 16mm polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced after twenty two years of no problems. I now find that since the new roof has been fitted I am getting condensation between the sheets. I have contacted the supplier and fitter and have been told that there is nothing that can be done as this is usual with this type of roof. I think I am just being fobbed off. The roof is under guarantee.Any Advice

Needs ventilation. Roof is sweating. Get them round and say your not happy some vents need installed.

the edges of these sheets should be taped to reduce condensation, these are obviously new and now condensing up so edges are more than likely bare
