New Build

I have a question about the engineering or architectual design of my idea for our new future house. Our plan is to build a house with a lap pool built directly into the foundation of the back of the house. Using 10 or 12 inch block, my plan was to construct the surrounding walls of the pool and the foundation of the house "in one", the inner wall of the pool will be poured concrete about 6-8 inches thick (which will be connected to the block wall with adequate ties and plenty of rebar, but in between a layer of blue board). Some of the cores would probably need extra rebar and the rest filled with perlite insulation. The floor would obviously be concrete as well at a depth of around 4 to 5 feet. The block would extend higher a few courses(like 3 or 4) past the poured inside wall. (top of the poured wall is pools full level) This pool area and pool would be under the same roof system but seperated from the rest of the house with a masonry wall. So basically it's a block wall with a poured concrete liner . My question is if done correctly can I put a pool in my house using this method?
recommend that you seek professional advice. Your architect/structural engineer or pool designers should provide this.
