New gas installation - advice please

We have just purchased a house and I would like to get gas installed. I was hoping if I detailed what I'm looking for in a system, people could give me a little bit of input? Its our first house so I don't know very much on the topic.

Basically, I would like to be able to control the temperature of each room individually, so I would like to be able to make the heating only come on in the living room for example. Additionally I would like to be able to do this from a smartphone if possible.

Could anyone point me in the right direction of the equipment/models I would need to achieve this? And a rough estimate of the costs involved?

(The property is a chalet bungalow, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 garage)

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Honeywell Evohome would be the perfect product for your needs, a battery operated actuator is fitted to each radiator creatin g a zone which is then controlled via the base controller or phone app.

Cost varies depending on what is needed but is normally between £950-£1300 (supplied and fitted) more if there are loads of radiators depending on the amount of rads, hot water requirements ect. This would be in addition to having a gas central heating system installed if you don't already have one.
