Electricity for garden shed

I am planning to build a summerhouse in the garden and will need electric supply. The shed will be approx 30m from my garage which already has electricity on an independent circuit from the CU. Problem is that it is not really practicable to lay cable underground. Is it OK to run cable above ground for example in a conduit attached to a fence?

Would have to be steel wire armoured cable (swa) you can cleat it to walls, fences etc. This would require no conduit over it as you can bury swa also.

As above but work is notifiable and must be done by a registered spark
