Whistling in windows

What would cause air getting in through newish double glazed Windows and hearing wind whistling easily outside?

Hello there.
Two main reasons for this. Firstly badly adjusted hinges not pulling the casements or fan lights into the sealing gasket. Secondly insufficient trimming of the tolerance gap that is required to make sure the window fits. Some times window companies will make a window purposely smaller so it definitely fits the aperture. Should be covered I under warranty of they are recent
