Danfoss actuator turning off bolier

I had this problem before and British Gas fixed it, but Im not sure what they did, so Im trying to save on calling them out. The main boiler is turning itself off and needs resetting to restart. In the meantime the main waterpump keeps constantly running. I think last time the guy changed one of the Danfoss Actuators on my underfloor heating and that solved the problem. Does this make sense/any suggestions?

Thanks so much!

It does make sense, as the actuator opens the valve. If the valve fails to open when required circulation is impaired so the boiler heats up rapidly causing the boiler to shut down hence reset needed.
