Aqualisa thermostatic shower

Basically I have a thermostatic shower witch is a bit like a (aqualisa Midas 100) except it's plastic not chrome finish and it's leaking from the wall. now my screw holding it all together is oxidised and it's beyond useable, so what I need to know is does this shower have nuts on the other side of the wall holding the pipes to it?.. I dont want to have to smash the case off in order to access it to only find it's held on behind the tiles..
The hole shower unit will be getting replaced hence why I'm happy to smash the case

it is most probably not held in from the other side of the wall, you could drill the screw out to prevent you needing to get vigorous with it
