Which combi boiler do i need?

Hi, Need advice on what combi boiler I need to look for. I have a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse. I have a total of 9 radiators, 3 measure 1600x500, 5 measure 700x500 and one is 400x500. All but one are double, only single is 700x500. Just not sure what power output kw I should be looking for. Boiler is situated on ground floor. I want to get a good solid reliable and cost efficient boiler with a long warranty. Cheers Andy.

Hi Andy for each double rad I would allow a 2kw output and for a single a 1kw out put based on 9 rads alone I would reccomend a Worcester greenstar 24i how ever with the size of the property and the assumption of their being at least 2 bathrooms. I would reccomend having a Worcester 28i junior this will allow your boiler to work at ease. These boilers are reliable and very efficient. They come with.a 5 year parts and labour warranty. You could even think about having a greenstar 30cdi but I don't think you need this size boiler. I would reccomend Worcester, ideal or baxi. Some of the ideal ranges are offering a 7 year warrenty and the baxi are offering a 10 year warrenty.
I hope this helps and good luck with your new boiler.
