Condensation on the outside of new double glazing

We have has double glazing installed throughout the house. We are now waking up with condensation on the outside of the windows to the extent that we can not look out. The installer states it shows the double glazing is working and there is nothing that can be done to overcome the problem. Is he right as I am about to have a conservatory fitted and do not want this problem

He's spot on.
The out side pane is colder than the inside pane which is a good indication that your windows are performing well.

double glazing is not a cure for condensation to cut back on this you need a constant air flow this can be achieved by using the right size trickle vent
