Plumbing Question

Building a swimming pool

Dear Sir

i am planning to build an outside swimming pool. I have planned to have the "bassin" excavated myself by a digger. what else would i need ? thank you for the answer.

you need to call an experienced pool builder (hint). as to list all the points required to successfully build an in ground external pool would quite honestly take far too long and bore you with detail. what I would require to survey is location and gradient, type of subsoil strata. dimensions and shape along with extras wanted ie wish list.
regards Duncan. I cannot divulge too much here due to it being commercially sensitive info regarding pool builds as I have around 15 years exp in various countries.

I suggest you seek the services of a Pool installer such as Certikin, you will need the area excavated, concreted, tanked, Tiled, and the pumproom installed with the dosing equipement to keep it chlorinated, I also think you need the ground testing to ensure no defects below which could affect the finished filled article, Big job good luck!!

Depends which system you decide to use, pre- formed pool can be installed straight in but don't forget to install all plumbing first.
