Plumbing Question

Fitting outside tap if only one downstairs water pipe

Is there any other way of fitting outside tap if only 1 downstairs water pipe and tapping into this underneath kitchen sink would mean the tap facing on to next door's drive which is not accessible to property? There is an upstairs bathroom at rear of property and a combi-boiler.

There may be a way of taking from under sink and running below kickboards to another exterior wall. Either that or else take a feed off the mains feed to the boiler
