Windows Question

Rehau s706 or profile 22

Hi hoping I can get some advice about the 2 whittled down quotes i've had in for 8 new windows and 2 door in my house.

One company has quoted £3250 for a Rehau S706 profile - 70mm, 3 chambered, no steel reinforcements, K Glass and "double cam locks". Second company has quoted at £4150 for Profile 22 - 70mm frame, 5 chambers, fully reinforced, multi-point locks and K Glass.

I've had 6/7 quotes in ranging from £3250 to over 7K! I've heard great things about Rehau more-so that profile 22 but I've been led to believe that a fully reinforced profile and proper multi-point locks are two key things to look for but I've no idea if the second companies proposition is worth £900 more than the first. The 2nd lot seemed to breeze over the reinforcement questions I put to him and said that he'd throw in shoot bolts on each window for an extra £3 per window but have a little niggle at the back of my mind that he's being a bit shifty. Any input would be appreciated from those in the know!

The best frames are strengthened by using thermal inserts, and have at least a 5 multi chamber.
I'm not saying go for the dearest quote but don't just go for the cheapest quote or you may well get something that does not last the test of time, and you will only have yourself to blame.
QUALITY VALUE SERVICE is what you should look for.
