Which is the best caulk?

Which is the best caulk for skirtings, architraves, mouldings and the like? I previously used an own brand Focus caulk which dried fairly quickly, took paint and was perfect, but they went out of business. I have now used various other types of decorators caulk all being unsatisfactory. Some actually crack, like Polyfilla caulk after receiving paint. Some take 24 hours plus to dry, and some pucker even on thin cracks. I currently use Stixall as it fills and adheres beautifully, downside is it needs a solvent based coat of paint/primer prior to finishing paint.
