Restoration & Refurbishment Question

Repointing a victorian house

How much is reasonable to charge to repoint a double fronted Victorian terrace, including scaffolding?

Thanks in advance

Prices will vary from area to area, it will also depend on whether you are having it done with lime mortar or not - this is the material it would have originally have been built with and allows the building to breathe, but is a lot more expensive than cement.
There is no cement in lime mortar, and anyone who uses it on older properties you should run a mile from.
Your best bet is post the job on the site and get a few local tradesman used to dealing with older properties round to quote.
