Bathroom Fitting

Recently had the whole bathroom fitted and now all falling down literally,the 30lb glass shower curtain fell on me when cleaning the bath on to my shoulder which could of been fatal .looking at the trusted workmanship of the self employed bathroom local fitter the screen was on a studded wall with small raw plugs so hence in time fell off. Also all the tiles are coming off not treated with PVA Then the plaster that was put on the untreated wall all coming away its a north facing wall no dampness has caused this. So with a damaged shoulder ,stress of not being able to use the bathroom and no trademans wants to give quotes knowing its a trading standards issue and we need three, can't afford a solicitor at my wits end what is the solution apart from solitors or hunting down rogue traders unless you are a decent tradesman who can give a quote I live in the Devon area
