Pipes going through the loft

i like to get loft conversion but there is 4 big pipes going through the loft it starts from side of the house and through the loft in to neighbours loft i just like to know what is this pipes for . i m confused becouse i called thames water the lady on the phone said water supply pipes and sewer go's under the building i just want to know if i have right to relocare the pipes and how much it will cost me roughly
i took some pictures for the pipes and attach to email ( looks like flat in the pictures but it is free hold 4 bodroom house ) can you please help me solve my problem thank u very much

These appear to be soil vent pipes which are connected to your soil & waste system; they discharge foul smells to atmosphere and also allow air in the waste system to help prevent a vacuum forming when your waste is being transferred to the main sewer pipes underground.

Usually these pipes are 110mm/4" diameter.
