ECS Epoxy

I have an upstairs bathroom, but seem to get leaks coming through the sealing, mainly kids getting out the bath and I want to make it waterproof. Can ECS Epoxy be used on floorboards.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I'm afraid ecs epoxy coating can only be applied to solid floors not floor boards

only can be put on to a solid floor or wall
