Upper room damp?

Hi I appear to have some damp in an upper bedroom only. No sign of mould just wall wet and cold. Is this a job for a roofer to investigate? Thanks Thanks very much

yes it is more than likely a slipped/cracked tile or if it is right in the corner of room it maybe gutter problem.
