Restoration & Refurbishment Question

How to get a quotation for a total refurbishment

I plan to buy a property, which needs a total refurbishment.
I need to reinstall the kitchen, one bathroom, two shower rooms, change the carpet, checking the electricity, water and gas.
I would like to go for the medium range for I everything I changed.
What is the best way to get a correct quotation? Shall I ask different people to do the different job, or I should go with one team to complete the whole job for me?

Get three detailed quotes. Make sure they have proper insurance so you protect yourself and them as well. Work out progress payment schedule, do not deal with cash, anything above £2k.Have it all on paper and any changes right there and then, even if you know the person. I prefer bank transfer rather than cash.
All electrical and gas work should be done by GasSafe and NICEIC certified contractors or their subs.
Kitchen apx £6000 all in, not to much changes
Bathroom apx £4000 ame as above
New good combi boiler, like for like £2400
Floor tiling supply and fit £40-£80 m2 including adhesive and grout
Decorating 3 bdr house apx £2500 £3000 good paint, cheap £2000
Shower ensute £2900 replacing existing, new add apx £1000 for walls, electrics and plumbing
Carpet good £30m2 plus fitting plus underlay (polyurethane foam type or acustic if floor insultaion not good upstairs)
Hope it helps
