This was the first time we had used AM Construction who we had found through the MyBuilder site and we were delighted with the work carried out (an extension to our block paved drive), the end result and most importantly how it was done.Tony did a first class job at a reasonable price. He was very friendly and kept us fully infomed throughout and I would have no problem in recommending him. Excellent Result. Thanks Tony.

Tony did an excellent job. He replaced a rotten beam in our lounge and plastered the ceiling then artexed it to a very high standard. He gave a really reasonable quote. He is a lovely man, very trustworthy and a man of his word! I would recommend Tony 100%. Thanks Tony mum is very happy :-)

We cannot reccommend Tony and his firm strongly enough; job was completed on budget and on time to a very high standard. They always arrived early and were fast, efficient workers. Tony is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and we felt in very safe hands. He liaised with external parties and project managed the whole job so we did not have to worry about a thing. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always friendly and helpful. We will certainly be looking to bring them back for future jobs!

Excellent job. Arrived on time and got the job finished in an hour including tidying up. Would certainly use again.

In the end Tony and Martin did all the brickwork and roofing for this whole job - having seen their work once I was confident they'd deliver. Apart from the usual competitively priced, good job well done, Tony is very communicative, has always been on time and left the site immaculate. They're also thoroughly nice, trustworthy blokes.

Tony and his Son were extremly proffesional and reliable throughout the course of this job. They were also very tolerant with us as clients as we did tend to change our minds a fair bit. We are delighted by the end result of the landscaping work and we are still recieving compliments from friends and neigbours several week after completion. Couldnt be more pleased and would happily reccomend.

Tony & co arrived promptly when they said they would and the job was completed within the time frame quoted. Lawn could be a little flatter, but to be honest, we don't mind, given we've sold the house! lol But if we were staying, I would have made sure they laid it a bit smoother. Other than that - top job really and Tony & co were always polite & professional. Would happily recommend them.

In summary ‘WOW’ I explained what I wanted done (although I didn’t know how it all could be achieved) and A.M. Construction understood and just made it happen! Lifting my slabs they found an unexpected manhole that was cover up, I thought this would be a great problem and significantly increase the cost, however it was took in his stride purchasing a cover that would have slabs internally fitted and fitting it for less than I could have purchased the parts alone. A drain was also moved so the step could be fitted correctly, this didn’t significantly increase the cost and made a real difference to the overall aesthetics. There was fine attention to detail on everything (cutting slabs to the edge / moving a drain / sloping correctly for drainage / pointing the slabs) I could not have asked for better workmanship. I feel I had real value for money and a job that exceed my expectations, I got the impression that ‘AM Construction’ is a good honest company that really know there stuff giving realistic prices without cutting corners. I’m so happy that I chose them for the price and quality received, I would highly recommend for any ground work you are considering.
