Terry knocked down the wall between our kitchen and dining room and installed our new kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Thank you Terry

I contacted Terry through my builder. After an initial consultation to explain what I was looking for, he came back with a quote within a couple of days, outlining specifications and design for my new wet room. He quoted to convert my bathroom, removing the bath installing radiators, under floor heating, vanity unit and new rainfall shower and separate hand shower, including body jets. The estimate included a cost for the removal of the old bathroom. Replacement and reconfiguration of all plumbing and services to the new wet room, tiling floor to ceiling and then testing and commissioning of the new wet room. Having agreed that I would like Terry to complete the job, he gave me a date for commencement. Completing the job in the time frame stated, to an exceptionally high standard. Terry made extensive inquiries with the manufacturers, to ensure equipment that was installed met my exact specifications. I am extremely delighted with the finished product, I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry to friends and colleagues who were looking for a similar high standard of work, and I have already invited terry back to quote for another project. Throughout the whole process I found Terry to be professional and knowledgeable, and always willing to help, and when finishing each day, he left my house clean and tidy.

Terry has been brilliant from start to finish! He helped me with the design and product selection as it was quite a technically challenging project. He worked everyday of the project and always left the house clean and tidy everyday before leaving. He communicated with me all the way throughout the project and always had a solution to a problem, the result? A fantastic new bathroom upstairs, fully filed and with beautiful shower enclosure, wash hand basin and WC with saniflo all built into a beautiful vanity unit, heated towel rail and ventilation to the outside all finished off with grey porcelain tiles which look amazing!!! This was a project that I had been considering for sometime but never thought I would get it done and definitely would not have done unless I had found Terry on this site who started me through from our initial meeting though to handover last week. I have enjoyed waking up and just walking across the hall into my new upstairs bathroom and having a lovely hot shower rather than going downstairs! Terry has created an amazing space in challenging circumstances and I can't thank him enough, absolutely love what he has created and am sure I will enjoy for years to come. Thank you Terry, pleasure to meet you and you are a fantastic tradesman whom I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending!!

Terry was superb! Completed 1 bathroom, 2 ensuites and a downstairs WC to excellent standard. Was always amenable and responsive to our changing demands. We very much recommend Terry to others looking for bathroom fits and renovations. Cheers Terry!

Terry did a fantastic job of installing our wet room. He was always willing to share knowledgeable advice/recommendations about which brands to use and was a very helpful soundboard for various other jobs whilst I was renovating the house (with my limited DIY skills)! His communication was excellent and he was always considerate, patient and conscientious. His work is done to a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are exceptionally pleased with the work Terry has done and would highly recommend him. We employed him to rip out and replace our en suite including tiling. He undertook the work professionally, timely and with communication that was exceptional. My wife commented several times on how he went above and beyond to keep the place clean during the works. The end results of the work are simply superb and it looks amazing. We have already booked him to undertake further work and in the future he will be our first point of call for any work that needs doing him.

Terry’s communication before the job was great. Quote was clear and detailed and he kept in touch about start date for work. Terry did a great job with our bathroom. He was friendly and professional and got everything done within the expected time frame and with minimal disruption, which was wonderful as we are working from home. We’re very happy with the finished result and would definitely use Terry again and gladly recommend him.

Terry did a great job on our bathroom. His communication is excellent, he gave us lots of advice and helped supply all of the materials. Terry’s attention to detail ensured everything was finished to a really high standard and we’re very happy with the result. Highly recommended!
