    Igor is very good at communicating and got back quickly to my messages. After establishing that one coat of varnish was not enough to sufficiently protect the floor after sanding, Igor sent his father back to finish the job, with excellent results. It was difficult to communicate with his father as he doesn’t speak English and Igor was not there when the work was being done. But very happy with the results in the end.
