Liam managed the build of a new conservatory. The guys came when they said they would, finished in less time than I expected even though the weather conditions were atrocious. Built a conservatory I am proud of and didn't cut any corners. Had quotes for nearly three times Wintecs price, (12 quotations in all) and Wintec still fitted Ultion locks and lead flashed the wall, roof junction, much more expensive options than normal. The structure is solid and in all looks great. I don't think the most expensive Conservatory would of been any better, they certainly didn't offer the lead flashing or Ultion locks unless at extra cost, Wintec didn't give me an option as they only want to build a quality product. But were the lowest cost (going on a rental property)... I would have no hesitation in recommending Wintec.

As a follow up - I have only used Mybuilder twice, once for an electrician, Chris Lyons and Wintec both have been excellent, I went out and searched for someone to put a new roof on my Mother's conservatory and am still going through the small claims court suing them, so I will continue to use Mybuilder in the future.

Liam arrived promptly to review the job, measure the guttering required and provided a quote. On the day the work was scheduled for, Liam’s team came on time. The job wasn’t easy because some of the guttering is in a very tight corner, and the old gutters and downpipes were full of debris. Nevertheless, the guys got the work done in a professional manner and tidied before they left. When there was a small issue with one of the fascia boards they came back and sorted it, which shows that customer satisfaction matters to them. I would therefore recommend this company.
