    Ray did a great job on my victorian slider window and the end result is very professional. We had a number of issues during the process which I think were down to bad luck, but Ray was committed to getting those issues resolved at his own cost and never disputed my concerns.     Ray offered a fair quotation that was within our budget and arranged for the fitting and removal of debris within an appropriate time period. The fitting happened within a day, plasterboard redecoration of the porch took a bit longer as it had to dry out and be painted over but thatw as normal. We are overall pleased with the rapport and quality of the work done and would definitely recommend Window Wise for this type of job.

    Following a year of bad experiences with assorted tradespeople we were anxious about getting some new windows fitted to meet Building Regs. We need not have worried Ray and the guys did a most excellent job! Communications were first class and all options were presented to us with favourable quotes. Arriving on time they fitted three windows in a very old house with the minimum of disruption; leaving not a trace of dust or dirt and exceptionally polite. The old windows were disposed of and the guys even went the extra mile tidying up a few loose ends left by our "builders". Guarantees arrived by post as promised.

    I would like to thoroughly recommend Window Wise. My conservatory was in state of disrepair and needed to be replaced. Ray at Window Wise initially attended my premises and was able to answer my questions, quote for the work and, install confidence in me to go ahead with the job. The work took 3 builders, 3 days to complete and I was completely satisfied with the end result. My new conservatory is well built and looks great.     Ray came to inspect the windows & door and suggest what I should do for each of them. He suggested me to replace door and kitchen window, while the other 2 windows can be fixed by repairing them.

    I have asked a lot questions during the quote stage though as I want to understand 100% about the product to be used and final outcome.

    The installation process is within a day as planned. Trickle vent was missed and the door sill was not flat. Luke came back on the day after to fix it. So, it's ok.

    Workmanship is nice. All the gaps & sills are nicely done.

    The installation was finished in early Nov 2015. Now waiting for the FENSA certificate & insurance.

    Windowwise took a large order from us in the spring, which we believed might need planning permission from the local council. Ray Dancer of the company told me he would seek the planning permission and we left him to deal with the council.It all went very quiet and from time to time I chased him up as I never heard from him. At no time did he intimate that anything was amiss. Finally a few days ago I called him and spoke to him by phone . He advised that he had an email from a lady at the council some weeks back, of whom he gave the name, to confirm we could go ahead. I asked him to send the email on to me. He didn´t. I called again a little later. He said he was out and would ask the office to send it. The email still did not arrive. I called the office who told me that he had not called to ask them to send anything to me. At the time of writing this I still do not have sight of an important email. Since then this gentleman has avoided speaking to me. Today my neighbour went along to the duty planning officer at the council to be told that there is no one by the name of the person working at the council given to me by Windowwise and that a planning application if replacing like with like is not necessary. So about 3 to 4 months of our time have been wasted .
    It seems an order for around 15 double glazed windows is not of interest to Windowwise. Think twice about where you place your order. We very much regret our decision to place ours with Windowwise.

    As with most disputes another version of events exists. I do not wish to enter into a he said she said argument but would rather let the positive feedbacks speak for themselves, interestingly we never actually undertook any work with this contract.

    Window wise were fast, clean, helpful and offered a great price. Our house looks so much better and is warm in winter/cool in summer.
    I would 100% recommend them to give the same/better windows as the 'big brands' at less than half the price. Because they are local, they are quick and easy to communicate with too.

    I needed a window replaced quickly, as part of a managed development works programme and I was very impressed with the initial response from Ray at Window Wise, with an immediate site survey and estimate being provided almost within a couple of hours of the first contact.

    The quote was very competitive and just what I was looking for, as this was unexpected expenditure for me, so I was more than happy to offer Ray and his team the contract to complete the window replacement for me.

    Once we had settled on a convenient date for the work to be done, there was good communications from Louis on the actual time for the team to arrive at my flat, although there were a couple of late changes to the schedule.

    The work itself was completed in very quick time, and to an excellent standard. The new window was just as expected, and the finishing of the project was very good, with no damage done or excess materials left over, nothing needed to be done by me at all.

    I should compliment Louis and his colleague for their patience while they waited for my very old PC to warm up so I could make a bank transfer to pay for the work - that probably took as long as the work they had completed.

    I'd heartily recommend Ray and his team for anyone considering a window replacement process - they couldn't have done a better job, in my opinion.
