Extremely poor quality work, a disaster, demanded 2350 pounds for the whole roof with 10 years guarantee.
I paid the full amount on 23/03/2023, he issued the completion certificate.
Hardly few days passed, the leakage got worse, destroyed the ceiling.
    Jason came, reassured me, sorted.
I brought a plasterer, who did a new ceiling, then the leakage happened, the wall and the ceiling soaked, water is dripping, continued till 15/05/2023, when I met Jason at the property, promised to do it again.
I'm not sure if the leakage is sorted?.
Looking for a legal ways, because it is not only the damaged ceiling, it has delayed the sale of the home, and the home lost value, by 10000.00, from 160000, now 150000.

    Weathershield's reply:

The issues with Mr Muhebbullah Wazir’s roof was caused by his rush to sell his rental property against my advice. I attended the property and his ceiling was collapsing due to an ongoing leak. His neighbors said he’s had many tradesmen patch it over the years, but with no success. I gave him a quote to refelt his large flat roof, and he accepted immediately and wanted me to start asap. I managed to fit him in between some awful weather. I advised him not to replace the ceiling and plastering because the roof beams and wall was still wet, and wait until they dry out. He ignored my advice and went ahead a couple of days later and hired a plasterer to do the work. Causing the new plaster to become damp. Mr Wazir”s haste in getting the property sold was the problem, not my workmanship.
