Steve arrived, investigated the problems, and suggested how to rectify them.
He was most informative, and we agreed a contract, with the chosen dates being verified by Lorna.

Wet wall in the whole bedroom Damp Proofing
Job completed but unsure of the effect yet. Took a while to complete the job and didn't turn up for one of the appointments. I had to chase constantly after this.
