  • Upstairs en suite

    We paid Lucian around 10k to build an en suite trusting he knew what he was doing. We found out a year later from a different contractor that he should not have done numerous things-one of them running hot (and cold) pipes outside without adequate protection. I contacted Lucian about this, offering to pay for the materials so he could correct this but instead he wanted to charge me £350 on top of this for the work despite being his mistake.
    Lucian Morosanu's reply:

    I would like you to know my version about the issue with Mr James
    The correct amount for carrying out the work was £4848 not £10000 what he said
    .the amount that I can prove with the invoice.
    The decision to fixing the pipe outside the building was taken with the client as a result of his requirement to reduce costs
    He lied also when he said I asked for £350 for the additional work..there were £300 ..thing that I can prove with the recording conversation..
    I also brought to the attention of the situation they are currently in , a suffering accident in the hand that requires 4 months of healing..
    However continued whit the pressure to solve the problem knowing that I m not in the condition now for this
    I hope this can clarify the situation and the relevant action will be taken .

  • Annex build

    Lucian and the team came to our rescue after our original builder abandoned the job! They were reliable, hard working (despite the weather) and capable builders who have done a fantastic job building our new garden annex. We will definitely call on them again soon for further planned work. We highly recommend!

  • Convert ensuite outbuild to studio flat

    Lucian and his team were excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and managed difficult building tasks (tricky angles and materials) to create a studio apartment I am very happy with. Thank you!
