With over 25 year's experience in damp proofing and all associated building works we have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to help you to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves in our efficient, friendly and high quality services; we take the time to visit each client at a time to suit you, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp and or mould / condensation ( e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers / heat exchangers / humidistat extractor fans / anti fungal washes and anti fungal additives for paints etc ) or in the case of structural works we will talk through the options available like DPC injection / specialist damp proof replastering and tanking methods like Sika 1 rendering and the Cavity drain membrane system
We understand client's reservations about having unnecessary damp treatment and many times we just offer "best advice" with no works involved for ourselves but we always do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
Damp / water proofing isnt always straight forward and often customers contact us after spending a lot of money with other companies but in all cases we will diagnose the source of your damp ( during the survey ) and provide you with a estimate / quote / report on recommended measures to treat it.
