William repaired and painted our external doors, patio doors and windows in early November (as well as some additional jobs we asked for after he started) . He was both professional and knowledgeable from the first visit when he gave us a quote to the completion of his work. He went out of his way to ensure he was on site before we went to work (very early) and was accurate with his timings of when the work would be completed. The work itself was done to a good standard and the repair of dry rot has avoided some much bigger costs for us. A good guy and would employ his services again.

William obviously takes pride in his work. He was punctual, hard working and never late over the two days it took him to do the work. He was also very conscientious and unlike others I have employed, he never just “disappeared to get something”. He was also very helpful and free with his advice. What a wonderful service from start to finish - William was so easy to communicate with, he quoted a very competitive price and came to start the job on the agreed date ....before 6am - just to fit in with my work schedule. His work was impeccably finished and I am so pleased with how my house looks. I was worried I had left it too long to get the wooden door repainted, but it looks brand new this evening - better than I thought it would. William's manner is so friendly, and honestly it felt like he couldn't do enough to make it all go smoothly. When I got home from work late in the evening of the job he was waiting in his van for me to come home, not wanting to shut the door while it was still not completely dry - he had not even suggested that this was a hassle or tried to contact me to hurry me home from work.

William attended promptly to give us a quote after we had been let down by other people who made arrangements to visit and then didn't turn up. He came to cost the job up and talked through the work which was sanding and painting the exterior wooden cladding to my house. I actually posted the job as replacement cladding and he advised me it was not necessary - he was totally honest and correct with what he said.
