Danny cut every corner possible on this job several times I had to pick him up on poor workmanship . He failed to replace obvious rotten timbers and had to be asked to do so after he had attached the sheets to it . He failed to use the correct overlap on the box profile sheets and now leak and then the flashing was atrocious reusing old bits of lead that barely do the job. Then there is the drainage trough the biggest bodge of all with no care and attention shown what so ever . I have had to call Danny back three times to fix leaks but with the recent rain I have been mopping up gallons of water each day my newly finished interior wood work and ceilings all had to come down . A week passed since I asked him to fix this and no show just a message I don't understand why it is leaking ! Well I do the quality of work is awful I spent the entire day with a roofer friend fixing one of the bodges . Now I have to repair the interior . Quite simply the job was not done properly when it was really obvious what needed to be done . I will have to pursue this in the small claims court as this job will quite simply not last and I am sick of cleaning up leaks . Danny does not reply to his messages and seems to think this standard of work is ok . I paid good money for this job and got got 3rd rate service and a leaking roof . I would not recommend you use Top Choice Roofing for any job as my experience of them is not good .
