Chiro is a family-owned building company with three generations of experience in the construction industry.

We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients at each step of the build to bring their vision to life and ensure each project meets their expectations. Our goal is to build great spaces for people to live in as well as building ongoing relationships with happy and satisfied clients. We work primarily in London and the home counties.

We appoint a dedicated Project Manager for each project to provide a professional, client friendly and proactive approach to achieve the best possible result.The majority of our work comes from repeat business, recommendations by previous clients or from firms we have previously worked with like designers and architects. This is testament to the high quality of our work and the trust built between contractor and client over several projects.

Qualifications

Our team members possess the entire range of skills required to complete a wide range of projects from large commercial and residential renovations to small custom joinery projects. We have an Engineer and CAD designer on staff as well as qualified tradespeople such as plumbers, electricians and plasters with decades of experience in the industry. We also have qualified Project Managers and we allocate a specific manager for each project that we take on.

    Really great team of lads who did a full downstairs renovation including removing walls, fitting a downstairs toilet and kitchen installation. Very happy, and would recommend and use again.

    Octavian is a really great guy, very reliable, never disappoint, maintained good communication with us all the time.

    As a customer, obviously the most important part is great craftmanship, we have used other teams before and you can easily tell the difference between his work and the others. From things such as painting (you can tell they have paint and sand multiple times to provide such great finishing), tile installation (the gap between each tile is tiny, and they are very flat), Octavian’s team can get them all done.

    This job involves a full flat refurbishment, so the flat was completely stripped, knocked down a few walls, install new pipes / wire etc. During his work he has spotted many things that we have not noticed before. Unlike some other contractors who do not care, they will just finish what they were asked to do and leave. Octavian spotted it and recommend us the best solution for it, to provide the best outcome for the project. It is important to find someone who do care about the customer and the project.
