TC Heating

I have recently had a bad experience with a dodgy builder attempting to fit a new bathroom and was let down leaving my bathroom unfinished. I used T.C Heating after speaking to Tim I was happy with the quote given and he even turned up when he said he would. Tim and his apprentice took just 1 day to turn an ugly duckling into a swan and even managed to fix my heating and outside pipework for no added cost. I am now looking at Tim coming back in January for more work and when I look at my new kitchen early in the year I will use Tim again. Good honest and reliable I would recommend Tim for anyone who needs a good job doing at a reasonable price.

Tim and his apprentice Jack completed our en-suite refit to a high standard and we are delighted with all aspects of the work they carried out.
They were conscientious, pleasant and respectful of our home throughout the time they worked for us and finished the job within the timescale agreed at the onset. This was despite some tricky issues arising from the products we chose for the re-fit.
We will be recommending TC Heating to anyone we know who is looking for a reliable plumber as Tim is trustworthy, competitively priced and Works hard to achieve a very high standard for his customers.

When TC came to quote he said he would not be the cheapest, but I was impressed with how he presented himself and his conscientious approach to his work. While I could have gone elsewhere for less money, it was the right decision to go with TC as it was a breath of fresh air to work with a tradesman who was excellent at keeping in touch. In the end Tim did not do the full job, as it was not economical enough for us to do it that way, but he was responsible for the bathroom plumbing, bathroom fit, floor repair, electrical wiring, along with a number of other plumbing jobs around the house. Tim was excellent at discussing things with me throughout the job and giving me options on various things rather than just steaming ahead without question.

Tim and his apprentice worked hard on the days they were at my property, making the money worthwhile in my opinion. We did unfortunately have a few snags with the job, but I was happy that Tim was prepared to put this right without any quibble or charge. I would definitely use Tim again should I renovate another property and I have a lot of confidence in his motivated workmanship, punctuality, contact and advice.

Tim contacted me the same day as posting the job and came round to assess the work and provide a quote. He emailed me the quote within a few days and he included an addition fee for any unforeseen work that may be required. We agreed on the quote and arranged a start date and he gave us a possible period of a week to complete the work. He arrived early on the first day at the same time as the skip he ordered to remove all the old bathroom. He got on quickly ripping out the old suite and by the end of the first day had already begun to install the new suite. We had a few issues with some of the old pipes etc but these were quickly resolved after a short discussion on options. Tim actually completed the whole of the work within 3 days and to a very high standard. The final costs was only an additional £50 over the initial quote.This was to cover the extra work involved once the old suite had been ripped out and the extent of the work was truly visible, as well as additional materials need on top of those we had already purchased prior to the work commencing. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for any builder to undertake any task, big or small. We are a residential care home for adults with learning difficulties and he interacted well with all of those he met and kept any disruption to their normal routines to a minimum. If we ever need any more work doing on the premises, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. Thanks Tim (and Jack)

Tim has just finished our bathroom plus serviced our boiler. So nice to find a tradesman that cares about his work and his clients. Our bathroom was a bit of a nightmare but Tim seemed to hit each problem with an answer. We are going to us him for all our plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a plumber/handyman. Our bathroom was from B+Q so will say no more!
