Hi there, I am a small business specialising in Brickwork and paving. I have been in the trade since I finished school and completed my apprenticeship in Bricklaying. I have also spent 5 years working on the earthquake rebuild in Christchurch New Zealand. We undertake all aspects of brickwork and specialise in brick restoration and facade work.

I started out as builder when I left school. Did my GCSE’s then straight into work. I did my apprenticeship and became a bricklayer. I’ve worked as a bricklayer over in New Zealand too where I was working on the Christchurch earthquake rebuild before I decided to come back to the Uk.

Qualifications

I gained my NVQ level 2 in Trowel occupations (Bricklaying) in 2004 and been in the trade ever since.

    We agreed a price that was competitive and fair.
    Stuart miscalculated how long it would take by a day.
    However he honoured his price which I had great respect for.

    4. Very clean and tidy the job was a front wall and wall going up some stairs. This sounds easy but the stairs I had varied drastically and involved alot of cuts and slithers. This us the reason it took him longer to deliver a perfect job
    5 Every day the job was washed down and cleaned perfectly as if they were not here
    If I am recommending someone and singing there praises you know you are in good hands

    Stuart did an excellent job re-building & restoring our front gate pillar wall. He was very professional from the initial telephone call to completion. His quote and invoices were prompt & clear. He arrived on time and tidied and cleaned up at the end, with a friendly manner throughout.

  • Adjust masonry opening to suit patio doors

    We had a great experience with Stuart today. Stuart came with Ian to alter the height of the masonry in preparation for the patio doors and a he did a few more repairs which were needed. He is easy going and the quality of the work was excellent. They also cleaned and tidied up at the end. I have been involved with our self build project for some time, and finding an honest reliable tradesman is a rarity so thanks very much Stuart for coming at short notice. We look forward to seeing you again when we are ready to build the garden wall!
