Three bed, two bath 1970’s chalet style house requiring:
- strip of existing condensing boiler and water cylinder and associated pipework
- relocation and installation of new combi boiler, within kitchen. Preferably viessmann vitodens.
- new radiators throughout, 7/8 no. And 2 no. Towel radiators...

Lath & plaster ceiling collapse new plasterboard ceil
Plastering job in Edinburgh
Partial lath and plaster ceiling collapse in Victorian flat has now been fully stripped back to the existing joists and deafening boards (full room). Material has also been removed offsite.
Damage to 30% of the ceiling deafening board has resulted in the ash being removed and new insulation...
