About Spruce Property Services

After attaining my Degree in Design and Technology in 2001 I worked for many years in design and making in a technical capacity at Wolverhampton University; I then went on to teach. Upon leaving teaching I began to buy houses to renovate and sell on. Realising there was a unique gap in the market for someone with my skills I set up the Spruce Property Services here in Sheffield. We offer painting and decorating, carpentry as well as many other skills to help you make your house a comfortable home.
