282 Building solutions, have done a marvellous job for us, even neighbours commenting on the way the job has been accomplished. The rubbish was cleared from the front of the house at routine intervals and there was a minimum of noise and disruption. 282 building solutions, Graeme Spiers, and his son, William, won the quote for the job, not so much by cost, but Graeme has considerable people skills evident from the start.
My one regret was not involving Graeme at an earlier stage for his sound advice regarding the practical elements of the building. He will let you know if any changes you require (which is almost inevitable as the building takes shape) can be done, or will come in at above the quote, meaning there would not be any financial shocks at the end of the job.
Talking of money which is important for both parties involved, we paid with a 10% deposit and then once the job was started, we paid weekly payments up to the total sum agreed, which made it easy to work out how long the job would take.
In summary, we have been delighted with 282 Builders building solutions and a team of trusted sub- contractors. We will leave some pictures of the finished job once we have fully decorated.

Graeme was recommended and he didn’t let us down.
We were wanting a rear dining kitchen extension and prior to plans, Graeme made some suggestions and recommendations, which we gratefully took onboard. In addition, we wanted a new roof, garage reconfiguration to include utility room and additional toilet and replacement windows.
Both Graeme and his son Will were very professional, friendly and reliable. Graeme project managed his team of trades people who were also all very professional and competent. All work was completed to a very high standard.
All costs were agreed and came in on budget.
Would definitely recommend Graeme and his team and would definitely use him again for future work.
